We use a stringent review and release procedure to make sure that all documents released from Cascade Engineering are signed off by a fully authorised engineer with years of experience.
This, combined with the ISO9001:2015 / AS9100 Rev. D environment that all of our engineers work within, means that high quality is a given, from initial design through to full certification. Our proven track record of a 100% project completion rate is testament to our quality review processes.

Drawings and documents are always independently reviewed by one of the leading engineers before release. All staff members are regularly trained in the most up to date quality procedures and operate consistently within an AS9100 Rev. D environment.
Over the years, it has been our proven pedigree in quality that has led a number of customers to use us for third party review, expert witnesses, optimisation studies and certification advice.
We are able to work with customers either within their project team or as an external assessment body to make sure that the quality standards are being set correctly and delivered against.
This gives customers the peace of mind that a proven expert is ensuring that the project is delivered on time and in full, but also the highest quality is instilled at each stage of the design process, through robust checking and review, prior to release.
Our Quality Management System is regularly audited by Bureau Veritas to ensure we maintain our AS9100 Rev. D certification.
We are registered with JOSCAR, which, for those companies also affiliated with JOSCAR, facilitates doing business with us. This allows for seamless integration with customer systems and provides third-party validation.
We are also members of the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC) and the modelling group NAFEMS.
